Scalloped Valance in Classic Weathered Pale Blue Ticking Stripe

You can never go wrong with a great ticking stripe! This one is Pale weathered blue on white.

* Cotton sateen lining.
* Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
* 3″ rod pocket, 2″ header.

Use alone or as a filler for the Empress Swag Valance.
